SHIPPING & RETURNS
We endeavour to ship your item as quickly as possible.
Please note: Due to the current situation and with a staff member pregnant, we are only making 1 trip a week to the post office (usually Tuesday). Please bare in mind it will take longer than usual to receive your order... but rest assured, it will be sent.
Delivery is easy, we have 1st class or 2nd Class shipping. Select what suits you and sit back until your order arrives.
We also offer you the option to order online and collect in your local store.
Return & Exchange Policy
Should you change your mind, you can return your unused and sealed items back to us within 14 days for a Credit note or exchange. For this the buyer pays postage back to our head office. Please call or Email us to be issued with a RTI (Return Transaction ID) on 0845-557-8210.
Items believed to be faulty must be returned within the warranty specifications. Please call or email us for a Faulty Transaction ID (FTI)
E_LIQUID- Once opened we regrettably cannot accept returns on E-Liquids if it is not to the taste of the customer. If you believe your E-Liquid is Faulty please call us immediately.
